Pregnancy portraits
preserve your memories of this very special time in your life. You will
treasure the portraits for a lifetime whether you sit for the session alone,
with your spouse, or with your entire family.
“Thank you so much for making our maternity photo
session such a wonderful experience! We were drawn to your style of
photography once we saw your portfolio online and are so happy we chose you as
our photographer. You really made us feel comfortable during the entire
session and it shows in the photos! We couldn't wait to share the photos
with our family and friends and would recommend Mark Vacker Photography to
anyone! Thank you for helping us capture such a special event in
our lives. We can’t wait for the opportunity to work with you again!”
These images demonstrate
some of the classic posses that can be utilized in pregnancy photo sessions:
- · Classic 3/4 Shot:
Shot in a studio or outdoors, in color or black and white, this basic
pose shows about 3/4
of your body, with your glowing face and your growing
belly the main focal points.
- · Husband and Wife:
Make your pregnancy portraits more touching and meaningful. Your husband
can hold your hand, embrace you, cradle your tummy, or gaze adoringly into your
eyes.
- · The Belly Shot:
The
"belly shot" can be a beautiful, tasteful artistic portrait. Ideas include
posing in a flowing gown, in one of your husband's dress shirts, or draped in
fabric
- · Silhouette: To document your, and your baby’s, growth have a silhouette made each month for the nine months of your pregnancy.
- · Wedding Bands:
In this variation of the husband and wife portrait,
two hands, each with a wedding band, tenderly cradle your baby bump.
